Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags still attached.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for proof of shipment.

  Receive Store Credit

  Once our warehouse processes your return, you will receive an e-gift card via email to use on your next Dolls Kill haul.
